In-Service Training: Rule 48 Amendments
On January 1, 2021 the amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Rule 48) were adopted by the Supreme Court of Ohio. As a reminder, Rule 48 governs the responsibilities of guardians ad litem in the Ohio. In order to ensure all CASA volunteers/guardians ad litem are in compliance with the amendments, we are offering a training to address these changes.
