In-Service Training: Supporting Trauma in the Classroom
This training will be presented by the Trauma and Wellness Institute (TWI). TWI was founded by Lisa Hayes, LISW-S, Tammy Moore, LISW-S and Suzi Rutti, LISW-S in 2019. The purpose of TWI is to provide high quality, socially conscious, culturally humble trauma-informed training, consultation and other services.
This training will expand on the Trauma and Children 101 training and provide specific examples of trauma presentation in schools across all grade levels. This will include specific strategies to support symptom management in the classroom.
