This training will introduce participants to the unique challenges of overdose loss and the unique grief families and individuals encounter as a result. There are many misconceptions surrounding addiction and the causes of addiction. Thus, an overdose often results in a stigmatized type of loss that is disenfranchised. This training will provide practical tools participants can use with individuals grieving the loss of a loved one to an overdose.
