Girls, Mother Wounds, and Delinquent Behaviors (Virtual Training) presented by Anthony President
Negative and critical mothers are contributing factors to female delinquency (U.S. Dept. of Justice). When home hurts, girls may look elsewhere for affection and validation. Some girls may choose to involve themselves with negative peers, older males, and gangs who may pull them into delinquent acts. In this workshop we discuss a set of tools to help mother and daughter mediate the pain of the past trauma and create a plan of healing for better, healthier relationships.
This training will be held virtually and the zoom link will be provided prior to the training.
